In this episode, Roxie talks about her experience of deciding to come out as a trans woman, in spite of her ex-wife's opinions about it. In order to regain footing in her life, especially at a time when she wasn't surrounded by queer community and had minimal support for her decision, Roxie had to embark on a journey of learning radical self-acceptance. From this experience, Roxie offers approaches to loving yourself in any tough moment of your life, including better self-talk, giving yourself grave, and practicing the golden rule inverse, that is treating yourself as you treat others.
